Canon s90 photos!

These are some photos taken with my Canon s90 compact camera.  I take it everywhere and I really like a lot of the photos I've made with it!

Middle Town Ohio.....this photo reminds me of The movie "Sin City"

Photography deals exquisitely with appearances, but nothing is what it appears to be.
Self portrait...huge homemade reflector and flood light!

peaceful place

Photo through my car windshield

This is a place I like to go and think.

bays road crossing...

Some people write in a journal how they feel but I document my feelings and thoughts through photography. Self portraits challenge me, they force me to be honest with myself and get my feelings and thoughts out in the open. Then I take a photo that reflects me at that moment.

Lightning strikes
Inside, my chest to keep me up at night
Dream of ways
To make you understand my pain

- lyrics from a John Mayer song. I kept waking up and couldn't sleep well, so I got up around 4am and took this photo. I'm very grateful I did, I ended up staying up the rest of the night and got to spend some quality time praying, thinking, and reading. It was just what I needed.

light in the dark

nothing like a late night Waffle House hangout with friends!

Wooster St sunset.  I love the reflection on my hood...taken out sunroof.

Scrabble is like Life, got gotta work with what you got and right now I don't have much. a ton of vowels and 2 consonants.....

Lee family fight club pics....

Last year I did a self portrait of myself that looked like I got beat up, Fight Club Pic...one of my favorite movies of all time. Since I took that photo I have always wanted to more, so today I did one for everyone one in my family. The photos were taken in our basement. I really like how they turned out! Kinda scary...lol
The photos were taken with a Canon G10 with Direct flash and were editing in PS and lightroom.
This is my dad and is by far the most graphic photo.
This is my mom...this is what she looks like every morning before coffee...
This is the photo I took last year as a self portrait. It's a lil different than the other ones but I still like it...and this photos is hanging up at the Hallmark Institute of Photography administrative building, which is awesome!
My borther Mitch
My brother Wes
And my youngest brother Dexter...looks like he beat up a lot more than the others!
And Cody, Cody in one of our friends and lives with us.

Thanks for viewing!
I am currently working on another personal project and should be up in 2 weeks or so! But I'll post some stuff before that!

MMA Cage fight photos!

This past Saturday I went down to Columbus Ohio to warch & take photos of my friend Brian King fight! It was a really fun night with a lor of great fights! If you have never been to one I highly recommend you going.

Here are a few of my favorites from the night! I took these with my Canon 5D2 which was a lot better than last time when I used my old 5D....all of the light flares and blotches of light in the photos are from the chain link fence. I wanted to put a latter up so I could take photos from above but it didn't work out.
I love the above photo! You can see the guys skin rippling from Brian's kick!
It was by far the most entertaining fight of the night. Brian never stopped attaching the 1st 2 rounds but his opponent never gave up and kept caming back for more.
Brain also had one of the biggest crowd of fans and they never stopped cheering.

The fight went all 3 rounds and Brian won! Which is his 2nd straight pro win!
Congrats Brian!
Here are some photos from some of the other fights.

Thanks for viewing and let me know what you guys think!
